Auditing CommitteeThe Auditing Committee shall consist of four members, with the Chair appointed by the President and three at-large members. Members shall serve staggered terms of two years, with two appointed each year. The Auditing Committee shall at the end of every fiscal year conduct an audit of the records of the Council maintained by the Treasurer. The Committee shall report its findings to the membership at the next regular meeting. |
