Description of Services
Our cultural resources team assists business, industry, and government in meeting regulatory permitting and compliance requirements when a project impacts, or has the potential to impact, significant cultural resources. Our cultural resource management practice includes a diverse team of archeologists, historians, and other cultural resource management specialists with demonstrable experience in archeology, historical research, and architectural history. From simple agency records and literature searches requiring the services of an individual specialist to complex, multidisciplinary data recovery projects requiring large crews of highly qualified personnel, we provide responsive and cost-effective approaches to meet our clients’ needs. Our staff has extensive experience with various federal policies including NEPA, Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (36 CFR 800), the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP), and state programs such as the Antiquities Code of Texas.
