Spring CTA Meeting: USACE training added!

Dear members,

We are pleased to announce that professional development training by USACE has been added to this year’s Spring CTA meeting and will occur on the afternoon of Friday, April 6th. This training will be lead by representatives from three USACE districts: Mr. Jerry Androy (Galveston), Mr. Jimmy Barrera (Fort Worth), and Mr. Chris Parrish (Albuquerque). The training will cover the basics regarding the treatment of adverse effects and will be especially beneficial to early career archeologists and staff.

To recap, the main schedule for this year’s CTA meeting is as follows:

April 5th: Curation Training Part II (space is limited, please email CTA president, Jon Lohse, to register)

April 6th: CTA Spring meeting at the LCRA Redbud Trail Facility, Austin, followed by USACE professional development training.

**As a friendly reminder, you must be a current CTA member to participate in Curation Training Part II and the professional development training offered by USACE.**

Please stay tuned for more details.
